Where have you gone, Jacques Cousteau? A world turns its lonely eyes to you

I have always loved this song – “Calypso” by John Denver. It is a tribute to Jacques Cousteau and his research vessel, Calypso.

The world desperately needs more Jacques Cousteaus and fewer people who are driven by greed, as we’ve seen within the upper levels of BP and other corporate dynasties of late. Greed is pushing so many majestic creatures of the Earth to extinction and greed is devastating our enviroment.

Is terrorism a huge problem? – absolutely. But GREED is more widespread and knows no bounds.
