This time, we have a state representative in Missouri who doesn’t seem to be able to comprehend what he reads – or maybe what he doesn’t read. Or maybe it’s something else.
In his commentary posted on the Missourian website, Chris Kelly states –
“” Prop B, as passed by the voters, applies only to licensed breeders. “”
Nothing in the text of the measure states it applies only to licensed breeders. This is just another case of one side trying to state an untruth so often that enough people might believe it.
So over and over and over again, the anti-Prop B crowd says Prop B allies only to licensed breeders and over and over and over again, they are wrong. But that fact doesn’t seem to slow them down.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
